I made a typo in my comment. I am a resident of Florida and I worked remotely for a company based in Tennessee as a 1099NEC and then in Mississippi for 3 months in 2021. The form was asking me to fill out a TPP and a DR-405. I doubt any of those forms apply to me and I cannot proceed to file my return.
