Unfortunately I don't have the MD or PA software on my computer, so I can't duplicate your situation (I'm a fellow user, not a TT employee). But my first question would be: did you complete your non-resident PA return before you did your home state MD return? You must complete the non-resident state return first in order for the program to calculate and apply the credit correctly.
