I have already filed my federal return. When I tried to efile my VA state return, I needed VA driver's license #s and issue dates. Now in TN and don't have VA issue dates

Can I efile in VA with an out of state driver's license? We moved in January, but TN confiscates driver's licenses. I have docs with the VA DL #s, but not issue dates.
