Thanks for the detailed reply. I am actually moving to Canada, but don't want to move the LLC across borders, so I'm planning to just more the LLC to Nevada. I don't need to have any physical goods or presence in any state, really, since the sales are done through the internet for a software product, but since I might come back to the US in a couple of years, it needs to be registered somewhere, ideally where there are low-to-no taxes on the business income.
