If my returns don’t show any direct debit transaction how can I be sure the payment went through? My concern is I payed my state taxes owed through direct debit through TT and only the cost of TT was debited not the state taxes owed. I just need to figure out what to do since it was never debited from my account will it get debited in the future? Is there no way to confirm a direct debit was processed? Why is direct debit an option through TT if it won’t work?
