The following info is unrelated to your above issue, but just checking to see if you are expecting the military discount; i.e., free TurboTax editions? You appear to be using Live Deluxe. The Live products do not qualify for the military discount of free Federal and state returns for active duty military rank E1-E9 and reservists with a W-2 from DFAS. Are you within that rank and would normally qualify for the military discount of free TurboTax editions if you weren't using the Live feature?
The Live feature allows for on-demand help from a tax expert CPA/EA during return preparation and a final review of your return prior to filing. (see FAQ below.)
And you are paying extra for that Live feature. "Live" can be removed, if you haven't already paid. (see FAQ below)

If you don't want it, you may be able to remove it as long as you haven't paid, but you might have to start over.
