What is the exact error message about a zip code?
Did you happen by any chance to have chosen to add MAX Benefits? If so, have you already actually paid for it? If you haven't, then don't pay for it yet. MAX may be causing that "state and zip code" screw up.
Do you use a physical foreign address or a military mail address like APO/FPO?
