I have the same error in 2022...
Returns with state and/or local withholding from sources other than Federal Form W-2, W-2G, 1099-G and 1099-R.
NYS requires e-filing. I have no way to determine what this error is... I do not want to delete and re-enter my entire return and I cannot find any such exclusions on NYS Tax site that might cause this.. I have a fairly simple return. Why is this suddenly happening this year?
