Reading your response again means that in addition to $25 for state, I have to pay $45 fee to purchase "the second state package".
I was completely unaware of these charges as I did not find these details being disclosed on the package of the software about $45 (or any different amount based on State if there is any) that will be charged to buy the state package in addition to $25 for state e-file!
