That didn't work for me. I don't remember what worked last year or the year before or the year before. I never expect it to happen again. I think I had to mail the filing the last several years. Changing the letters to lowercase didn't fix it this year. There were no hyphens in them. They're 14 characters with WTH as the last three. Literally TurboTax is making no sense on this, and I'm not seeing any other tax filers have this problem. The Utah State Tax Commission has never had any problem with my mail filings. I literally wanna rip all of my hair out and all of TurboTax's hair out too.
