I am having the same issue. We only exchanged 1 property in CA, but the system keeps asking to poplulate property B. So frustrating. I'm going to have to send in that form by mail, instead of electronically with the rest of it.
I can't believe that they haven't fixed that error; it seems that it's been going on for a while.
