If the 1099-G is reporting unemployment, I think you are trying to enter it in the wrong section in TurboTax.
There are several different 1099-G Forms. If you are seeing Box 2 through 9 on the screen, delete that entry.
Please go back to Income
Scroll down to Unemployment located below Wages and Salaries
Enter your 1099-G from unemployment.
You will not be asked for the state ID
You will not be asked about those other types of payments.
