Hi experts,
I have received K-1 form due to investment in preferred shares f publicly traded company. PA tax files asks for RK-1 details and when I contacted the company they informed that RK-1 forms will be issued in Jul 2022.
In short I will not have RK-1 for current filing.
For public companies with K-1, this must be normal occurrence. How people have filed without RK-1 form?
