My son moved and worked at a company in Wisconsin part of 2021. The address on file with the WI company was his old address in Illinois. He received two W2's from the company in WI. One applied taxes to IL. in box 17 the other had a $0 in box 16 and blank in box 17. Does he have to file WI state taxes?
