State tax filing

I'm still having issues with this, and have spoken to a number of representatives, who have not been able to resolve this issue. I have already paid the $25 to file California state taxes, and have confirmed it is for the desktop version. 

 

Here is a brief description of the steps that I get stuck on:

  1. Ready to File > Continue: Pop up "TurboTax needs to save your tax return before continuing" > OK
  2. Screen Opens: Let's Complete Your Purchase Online 
    1. Did you already pay for this product?
      If you've already paid, enter your confirmation number .

  3. After linking the profile: 
    1. We’ve restored all products associated with this account...

      You can access them whenever you’re ready. Here’s what we restored for you :

      • TURBOTAX DESKTOP STATE RETURN CA TAX YEAR 2021 E-FILE
  4. Hitting Close brings be back to the following page:
  5. "Your Payment Didn't Go through. We noticed your payment didn't go through. Select continue to try again"

 

Rinse and repeat, and the payment is unable to go through. I have an Order ID for my charge, but I do not have a confirmation number. The dialogue seems to confirm that the payment is recognized, but will not register on the application. Please help!
