How did you enter the 1099-OID originally? Did you enter it in interview mode and answer the followup questions?
If it was me, I might delete the 1099-OID and re-enter it again paying careful attention to the followup questions about which states had tax-exempt interest. Then see if you get the error again. If so, we can tell you how to phone Customer Support to figure out what is going on.
