Thank you. I am in Review Mode and correcting Tax Errors. I am on Schedule B Form 1099-OID. The software is prompting me for a two character response when asking for the Tax Exempt Interest State ID Number for Morgan Stanley Domestic. I have tried DE, XX, 00, MX and many others. I have also called Morgan Stanley but they say it is a Turbo Tax question. The software will not let me progress without entering a response.
