I was able to resolve the issue. I had to go back to the original file and make the corrections. I thought if I made the corrections on the reminder, that would be sufficient but that was not the case. I had to go back to the original file and make that correction. It seems simple now, but in the moment, it was not making sense. It is all good and my reports have been accepted.
