It looks like my other attempt to reply didn't take.
I haven't been able to transmit my Federal OR Indiana state returns. After pressing the "Transmit Returns Now" button from the Premier-Download version of Turbo Tax, I get a pop-up window that lasts 5-10 seconds that says "Transmitting Return" before it returns to the same Transmit Your Returns screen.
The thread here suggested doing an update, clearing browser and cookies. I've done all that, as well as reboot. No change. And all after Turbo Tax has taken my additional fees for E-Filing Indiana.
