After four calls to support and no fix, I requested a refund of the $25 and paper filed the return. This issue was a problem that Intuit should have been caught a month ago and fixed or a work-around created.
I've spent probably 5 hours dealing with this problem, and others have spent a similar amount of time on it; hell, they ought to give all of us vouchers for free t-tax next year if our time is worth anything. I know when pigs fly!
