I have the exact same issue. Has anyone found a good fix for it yet? As we get closer to the filing deadline, I may just change it on the proceeds to $0 and enter the negative proceeds into the cost field on the Federal side so that it flows to MA. I can't even fudge it directly on the MA return since it won't let me override anything numbers on Schedule B/D.
