No, you appear to be in the correct section. If you did not base your NY allocated income on volume of business transacted, then select "no" and continue through TurboTax. As you continue through TurboTax, you will likely see another page asking about your non-resident deductions and you will have to again make an allocation based on amount. There will also be questions about the number of days spent in NY city. NY city has its own tax. Lastly, you will likely see a question about whether you had worked in Yonkers, NY. Answer the questions accordingly, and then you will be done with the NY section.
