Filed my 16 year old's returns yesterday. Both the federal and state were filed using efile at the same time. The federal forms were accepted. Oregon's returns were rejected. This is from the email that I received:
| What happened | | | | OR-004 - Federal Return Missing. Oregon requires, for electronic filing, that the federal return be transmitted and accepted either with the state return or before the state return is transmitted. |

I tried to efile the state's again after making sure that the Federal forms were included, but I received the same rejection code again today. Any ideas as to why it's still being rejected when the Federal return has already been accepted and the forms were included with the state efile?
