Yes, you can file Form D-40B on TurboTax. It is the District of Columbia non-resident tax return.
Unfortunately, e-file is not available for Form D-40B.
To add this form to your return:
- Select State, then Your State Returns toward the top center.
- Look for Add another state toward the bottom left.
- Select District of Columbia from the dropdown and complete your return.
