I came to the same conclusion (as suggested by MaryK1101) after reading the state form instructions. The state online entry is not the best but by using it I found the TT error. After an early problem with TT not having a form ready until about a week ago and this problem, looks like I need to look very closely for other possible problems. Also maybe time to try a different software program for next year.
