In the NYS input section follow the steps below
- NY Residency-enter part year
- confirm NY address
- email
- county, which would be NYC..then district
- date of last move..also check off that you received income from NY while Non-resident
- make the NY income allocation
- there will be a W-2 summary to edit the form
