My retirement income from City of Wichita WER and KPERS were both pre-taxed for Kansas State taxes and I don't have to pay taxes on my retirement payments income now. Colorado is taxing me again on these pre-taxed payments. Is this correct or is there something I need to change on my Colorado return?
