State tax filing

@AnnetteB6

The work around suggested does not sound logical.  This may create issues with Fed Return. Did you test this thoroughly?

Why should TT go to this level of suggesting a painful manual process. We pay money for ease of use, especially to avoid type entering data. Trading institutions spend millions to develop an auto interface to TT. Couple of questions to TT:

1. Who is the EXECTIVE behind this part of the product? Let him/her respond with personal identification to this problem.

2. Why did you sell this product when you know there are errors?

3. Why did you commit a date of early March to fix this? Could not understand the problem?

4. When you missed the date, why dont you folks apologize to customers and give a new date?

5. Why did I get an email from TT that the problem is fixed on Mar 7?

6. When I attempted to do this around March 10th, the software update version was dated March 3. Why?

7. As suggested by a TT employee, I created a copy of report, sent it to TT with Token number as well. What happened to that? Few other fellow citizens did the same. Did anyone use it? Or, helpless to fix this?

8. It is a shame to suggest that the printed reports be filed to NJ. Pass the issue to someone else? So, NJ employees are expected to key enter all these data to process? How unfair you are TT!

9. Please take this seriously and provide a Professional response with a committed date.

10. If you try to delay (as a deadliest form of denial) the fix, this is unethical. Someone may take the whole story to Twitter, UTube, Instogram and the powerful Reddit.

Hope some responsible Executive or Manager responds to this.

Thanks.
