State tax filing

It's NY state law for e-filing:

The completed NY return contains a bar code that likely indicates that it was completed by TurboTax, so I suspect that you'd violate this requirement by simply printing out the TT generated forms and mailing them in.

It appears that nivin's hack produces correct paper forms but I just tried to e-file Fed, CA and NY. Fed/CA succeeded but NY e-filing failed as the program still thinks there are errors on the 203-F form, namely that it wants Schedule A to be filled out (despite not being the proper form for restricted stock), and it doesn't like the negative capital gains trick to produce the proper numbers.

My plan for filing NY is to fill out the forms by hand using the values that TT provided me (because I can't send what TT gave me), and mailing it. This stinks, but I don't see any other solution possible.
