I am a full time resident of PA. In 2021 I sold some land in New York state. When entering the info about the sale on the Federal interview (under "Investment Income, Other") on the "Less common items for this sale", I entered the capital gains tax I paid up front at closing, the state (NY), and then it asks for the "State ID number". Any idea what that is? On the 1099-S form I received there is a "filer's TIN", and also an "Account or escrow number". Could one of them be what I'm looking for? TIA
