I received a 1099-G from my state, which I recently received, and on the top right of the form is 2021. It has (3) boxes, box (1) is blank, box (2) is interest paid on tax refund with an amount number, and box (3) is tax year 2019. Which turbotax year do I add this form and how do I add it? I didn't itemize. Or do I amend my 2019? Thank you for helping.
