Public Pension-Retirement - Public Safety Officer - taxed in State of Georgia

Does Georgia exclude any/all of the Retired Public Safety Officer pension received from another state, under the age of 62? It has been reported as income on Federal Taxes.

Turbo Tax states "Income that is received from a public pension or retirement fund, program or system may be specifically exempted under federal law or treaty. The income must have been otherwise included in federal adjusted gross income."
