I ran my numbers through the free CA File system as double check and the state showed me getting a larger refund since my CA AGI was lower. TurboTax has my CA AGI higher, by the exact amount of my 1099-G tax refund amount.
Comparing printouts, TurboTax has Schedule 540 Section B Line 1 Column B is blank. The state shows this as the amount of my 1099-G. Back on Federal Schedule 1, line 1, TurboTax has the correct refund amount listed, but this amount doesn't look like it transferred to the state return.
Is this a bug in TurboTax?
