Thank you. I wasn’t confused about the state tax. I lived in Florida for over 20 years. My question was when exactly to upload the second partial W2 for North Carolina. I wound up doing a live chat with a tax expert. The systems helpful hints eluded to going all the way through one filing before entering the second, but that is not the case. Each federal return gets entered before moving on the the state tax area.
