This is the 2nd year i'm getting this exact same error with the same employers W2. Last year I paid extra to "connect with an expert" only to find out I had the numbers exactly correct, the "expert" tried different things such as changing the "WTH" to lowercase, having me re-type in the number from scratch, all things people are discussing in this thread. I'm convinced TurboTax is putting this error in an effort to get people to use the expert pay more option, there is no way I will do this again. BIG FAT SCAM if you ask me. I've tried everything thats in this thread and nothing has worked. I will take my taxes to a local tax expert and pay about the same.
