Prior to my marriage to the service member I was a KY resident which is why KY taxes were being taken out. Once I married I immediately took my service members state of residence of OH and moved to his duty station in MS. A lot was going on with marriage and moving and since everyone has been working remote (and I didn't change my last name) nothing changed with my work situation which is why I forgot to inform them of my change in state residency and KY taxes were taken all year.
