If my husband is a service member and we are both residents of OH how do I get KY state tax back if it was accidentally taken all year while living in MS?

KY took income tax out of my check because I forgot to change my address with my employer. I tried to file with TurboTax but KY rejected my nonresident return saying a W2 with KY wages was filed but not showing on Form 740-NP, Section B, line 1, column b.
