Make sure all of your W2s reflect that Wisconsin is the state. The credit will show on WI Form 1 line 14 once you select Married Filing Jointly and enter your W2s.
To view your form before filing:
- Select "Tax Tools" then "Tools" from the left menu.
- Click "View Tax Summary"
- Click "Preview My 1040" in the left hand menu
- Click "WI Tax Summary"
