This happened to me tonight. CAN SOMEONE FROM TURBOTAX EMAIL ME OR CALL TO TELL ME HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!
I have already paid for state and had to pay again $25 because the filing by email button said if already paid click here and it tells you to sign into Intuit but you just go to the website and still can't give your order confirmation number. I bought Turbotax Desktop Home and Business 2021 with FREE State online with a download. Pat T.
