State tax filing

UPDATED: 03/01/2022 at 11:25 PM (EDT). I just got off the call with a TT specialist. They asked to monitor my screen to see what is the issue. I showed them the schedule D TP issue for PA tax. After waiting for while (he was looking up the issue), the answer was: "The e-file system of PA is having some issues, so it should be fixed from March 3, 2022 - March 5, 2022". So I asked where did he get that message (PA website? or?), and he said, he get it from internal TT system. Then, he proceed to close my case. Then, I asked what if I still get the same issue and cannot file after March 5?, He said: "you can open another case or you can file by mail"... what's a joke! I insisted that I want to e-file, that's why I paid TT. So, I guess I may have to open another case? The specialist is alright, not rude, but not very honest/knowing what is going. It is just that, This is the second time they postpone the problem, the first time was: "It will be fixed after February 28, 2022" Now, " It will be fixed after March 5, 2022". What's the f... is that? Is this how you guys doing business? by making promises?.... I have been using other tax software and switched to TT for a few years, and this is the worst experience/most unprofessional way of doing business.
TT: If you have problems with PA system, then ask them to send notification/announcements, or you can send it to your customers, so they know what's going on and plan ahead. We do not have time to check/call everyday to find an solution for the problem that we paid you guys to solve. Do not just take the money, then promise "the problem will be solved".

If after March 5, 2022, we still get the same issue, we should consider to take this problem to somewhere that we could get attention of the higher level people. Otherwise, this is going nowhere.
