If you lived only part of the year in South Carolina you will file as a Part-Year Resident there.
Indicate this in the My Info/Personal Info section in TurboTax.
In the Part-Year Resident return, you will be asked to allocate your income to South Carolina, if it is not clear from a W-2 or 1099 form how much belongs to South Carolina.

On the South Carolina County dropdown list for Sales Tax, scroll all the way down to 'Other Locality'.
On the next screen, you can enter the Sales Tax Rate for Beaufort County.
