I am having the same issue as of today 2/26/2022. The difference is I do need this form as I do have passive losses so I can't simply zero out the form or delete it all together. Is turbotax aware this problem is not just for those that do not need the form but it also causing me to be unable to file this Maryland return as I do have passive losses and I do need the form.
