"I apologize for the delay in response. I have done some research and have found that we do have a confirmed investigation into this issue. This simply means that it has been brought to our attention, it has been confirmed as an issue, and we are working quickly to resolve it. I would like to collect some information from you, if you wish, so that I can 'connect' you to this investigation. This would allow you to receive an email once it has been resolved. If you wish to proceed, I will need the following information."
