I had a similar twist to this issue with a different second state. I moved from SC to VA, so had to file in both states. Had the same issues others reported about TT not accepting my direct deposit info for SC (owe some federal tax and elected to send a check). It accepted dd bank info for VA just fine (had a refund there too). I used the work-around posted about going to the federal info wks page and manually entering the direct deposit info there. That worked great - I was then able to enter the dd info for the SC return. And even though I added the dd bank info on the federal wks info page, it still kept the option I had selected to send a check. Also, I had no trouble printing all three returns, including SC. So, this is clearly a SC state TT issue. It is disappointing, but I will say that the forums that TT provides do allow us to find the solution to issues, just as was the case here.
