State tax filing

It depends. Are you planning on going back to California and in Oregon for only a temporary purpose? Do you have close connections in California? Since your residence is usually the place where you have the closest ties, you should compare your ties to California with your ties in Oregon. If so, you are likely a California resident.

Since you have a California driver's license, car registration, and your bank statements are still addressed to a residence in California, if you also have close connections in California and plan on going back to California, then you are a California resident.

Furthermore, do you make all your money in the state of Washington or do you telecommute from Oregon? If you telecommute, then you would likely file a resident California return and a nonresident Oregon return since you made your money telecommuting from the state of Oregon. If you made your money in Washington, then you would file a resident California return. Washington does not collect income tax on individuals.
