Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I'm glad the Combat Zone entry is no longer displaying. And I have cleared my cookies and cache.
However, there are actually TWO screens that prompt the Turbo customer to select the months. The problem is on the SECOND screen. These 2 screens are:
- Select the months you were out of the country: (which yes, DOES show all clicked 12 months)
***2. Select the months you lived in another country: THIS IS THE SCREEN where April is unchecked. ***
(CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK THIS AND PLS ADVISE?)
Also, the issue with the US address ("None" and address in address line) - I did not enter this information. But this leads me to worry about my Federal tax report, which I've also been to hesitant to submit due to software errors. Would you kindly advise the following 3 items?
- Above "April" issue on screen 2
- Why did my state return INCLUDE my employer's non-US
- Were there errors found in my federal return?
