I lived all of 2021 overseas so in my personal information in the "Resident state" field I selected "Foreign or U.S. Possession."
However, later on im being asked to select a state. I used to live in New York (until the beginning of 2020) so I have a NY current drivers license BUT I changed my mailing address to Texas (with some relatives) when I moved overseas so I could receive all my mail correspondence.
What do I do in this instance? I'm a bit confused as to why "Foreign or U.S. Possession" is even an option if I HAVE to select a state.
Can someone please advise as to what I can do in this situation. Thank you.
