To edit your RITA 37 Form, please follow the instructions below:
- Open your return.
- Click on State on the left-hand side
- Edit your Ohio return.
- Continue through the screens until you get to A few things before we wrap up your state taxes.
- Click Revisit next to Ohio City Taxes.
- Choose RITA on the page Do you want to file your city income taxes?
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Please keep in mind that this form cannot be e-filed. You must mail in this form when you print out a copy of your return. If you do not want to mail the form, you can even use one of their drop-box options. For more information, please see Individual - File your taxes.
