I was previously able to print the Federal Tax but not the NJ tax form.
When I attempted to print the NJ tax forms I would get the message "NJ forms not ready ".
At this point in time I cannot print either the NJ tax form or the Federal tax form.
I keep getting the message that "the printer is offline ".
I am able to print word documents from computer just not the tax forms .
