You may want to try this EasyTXF - Easily Convert CSV Files to TurboTax TXF to convert csv file from your crypto broker to txf format. You can then import it into the CD version of TT. May need to edit the csv file to match the headings shown on the converter. It worked for me and I was able to take the Turbotax CSV from coinbase to get a 1099-B equivalent entry in TT.
